Welcome to Camp Marymount! We want your camp experience to go smoothly, so we are providing essential information you will need to review and forms that you will need to provide before camp begins.

Underlying Conditions Waiver

Registration Procedures:

  1. SUBMIT ONLINE CAMPER REGISTRATION
    1. Submit online through www.campmarymount.com. (i.e. camper profile sheet, Camp Marymount Camp Waiver, how did you hear about us, minor participation waiver, parent handbook waiver and senior camp waiver– ONLY if you have a camper in senior camp).
  2. MAKE DEPOSIT PAYMENT
    1. $150.00 per camper, per session TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION and hold a spot for your camper. Camper will NOT be registered without this payment. Payment can only be submitted after all waivers are signed. ALL deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
    2. Dates are as follows:
      • Girls Junior 2 week and Senior 2 week session
        Half due by April 1st, remaining balance due May 1st.
      • Girls Junior 3 week and Senior 3 week session
        Half due by April 15th, remaining balance due May 15th.
      • Boys Junior 1 week and Senior Camp Adventure Week
        Half due by May 13th, remaining balance due by June 12th.
      • Boys Junior and Senior 2 week
        Half due May 20th, the remaining balance due by June 19th.
  3. ADD CAMPER MEDICATION
    1. to the camper’s account if necessary. You can edit this form at any time up until the FRIDAY before your camper arrives at camp.
  4. EMAIL REQUIRED FORMS to info@campmarymount.com.
    1. State Issued Proof of Immunizations
    2. Insurance card – Photocopy of the camper or parent’s insurance card
  5. SUBMIT ANY OPTIONAL FORMS THAT PERTAIN TO YOUR CAMPER
    1. Permission to Leave Waiver –REQUIRED IF camper is leaving camp with somebody other than their parent or guardian (Can be updated at any time).
    2. Scholarship Request FormREQUIRED IF you need additional assistance to help with tuition. Your 2019 taxes and current pay stubs are required (Must be Submitted at least 30 days prior to arrival). Scholarship funding is limited, so apply as early as possible.
    3. Cabin Requests— Add the camper’s you would like to request under the “cabin mate” tab of the camper dashboard. Camper requests must be mutual and can only request up to two cabin mates (Can be updated up to 14 days prior to camper’s session start).
    4. Flying— Add flight information under the transport tab on your camper dashboard (Can be updated up to seven days prior to arrival).

Please email these forms to (info@campmarymount.com) or fax t0 (615-799-2261) as soon as possible, but no later than one week prior to the start of your camper’s session.

FORMS THAT ARE TURNED IN LATER THAN ONE WEEK BEFORE OPENING SUNDAY OF CAMPER’S SESSION WILL RESULT IN HAVING A LONGER CHECK-IN PROCESS AND WILL INCLUDE MULTIPLE LINES. ALSO, THE POSSIBILITY OF NOT GETTING REQUESTED CABIN MATES.

50% tuition due 60 days prior to the campers session
100% tuition due 30 days prior to the campers session
